All sales are final and we will not entertain any returns or requests for refunds.
We guarantee that every item purchased is in good and functioning condition at the time of delivery. If it is not, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from the date that the goods were received (based on the online tracking) to request for a replacement item. Please detail the reason for exchange and a picture of the damaged item to get an authorization number to exchange the Customer unused item(s). We reserve the right to approve or reject requests for exchanges at our sole discretion.
If we do not hear from the Customer within the said 2 days, we will assume that everything is to the Customer’s satisfaction (we will not entertain any issues/complaints/exchanges or any other requests after 2 days).
Please return the item to us by registered post in its original condition and original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 5 days of receiving an authorization number.
Upon safe receipt of returned goods, we will either exchange the item, or refund in store credits if the item is not available. We will ship the replacement item within 5 working days at no additional cost.
Store credits are applicable to the price of goods only (shipping fees are not eligible for store credits) and may take up to 10 business days from the time we receive the Customer item(s) to be credited into the Customer account.
